    Who we are and what we do!

    We are a community of people for whom easy will no longer suffice. We use elements of Olympic Weight Lifting, Gymnastics and Cardio-Vascular Training blended together in short intense workouts. We focus a lot on correct movement and technique as this improves our functionality and our fitness. We are getting fitter, stronger and better together and when workouts are tough we help each other through. Most of all we have fun whilst we are getting super fit!
